Leonardo Da Vinci's - Grotesque Studies

Made these two heads for a theater event in Rome. They were used by a traditional sculptor as reference, to create silicone masks that the actors could ware on stage.
Brief history about these sketches:
"Leonardo used to draw grotesque characters and faces in a sort of physiognomy of people. His gaze was attracted not only by the beautiful, but also by the deformed, so much so that many consider him the initiator of the caricature genre."
